Question: Are you entitled to mental health care with a working visa in canada? if so what are the limitations?

I worked in a psychiatric hospital, but am not sure. we generally never turn anyone down for acute care. however long term care may present a problem. here is a link were u may get the info u need. if you are calling from the US you cannot use their 1 800 number , i suggest you may want to contact one of the psychiatric hospitals near were u work, or were u are going to reside in canada. hope this helps.
