Question: Where can i find free, or cheap, mental health care?

Lately, I've been very emotionally unstable. I've always felt different than most people. I get more angry than most, or more sad. But lately, it's like I cannot control it. I've been kicked out of my family's home because of my anger. I've also lost my job. It's like my entire life is just..dissappating. I want some peace in my life, and within myself. I don't have much money, and no insurance..where can I find help?

Talk to your doctor, the local crisis line, the women's center in your area, your college campus may have help, or a state mental hospital. now is a great time to reach out to friends, family, and your church.

Turn to a friend or try to get one. Or get a boyfriend. Tell about your problems to someone who really cares about you. Try to talk to someone on the net. There are many kind people out there who can provide you with support or even pay for your therapy. It may be a good idea to turn to a pope for a mental help even if you don't believe. Do not despair even if it looks hopeless. And never ever consider giving up on your life.
