Steve , I think this might help him :-) 1 Develop a hobby or passion for your mind to express its emotions and joys for the mind. 2 Love your body, and feed your mind. 3 Recover old friendships, or make new true friendships to feed that part of your mind. 4 Challenge yourself once in a while. 5 Surround yourself with beauty. 6 Remember that, as long as you fill your mind with your personal 'mental foods,#GERESH you will experience less boredom and inner conflict. 7 Be sure to identify any issues you have such as panic attacks or other disorders. |
