Question: No insurance/low cost mental health care in san diego?

I do not have any insurance and was wondering where I should go to get medication for depression and anxiety. I am not suicidal, but my depression is getting worse. I am not currently taking anything. I will consider counseling or grief counseling, but the medication is a must.

Most large cities have free mental health clinics. Some University Hospitals are free. Also go to a Psychiatrist office and ask about free clinics.
