Where can I find a mental health counselor online?
I don't have time to go to appointments does anybody know a good, reasonably priced mental health counselor that I can " talk" with via E mail?
I want to become a massage therapist,as well as a mental health counselor..is it ethical to combine the two?

A few years ago my spouce and I were having marital problems and we were ordered to seek counseling.A friend of my husbands who causes trouble between my husband and I has recently just been trained to be a counselor at this facility and has threatened to tamper with the records to say I'm crazy so my husband can have me committed if I'm ever stand up for myself again.Unbelievable but true. Can he really do this? What can I do to protect myself ?

i have an appointment today in a couple of hours to see a counselor.but i may cancel b c i dunno if i can go for my reason.i am 22 years old...i dropped out of college twice, and now this is my first semester back...also, i used to have servere anxiety attacks the reason i came out of school twice and now i haven't had any since may...but i really don't want them to come back.however, last week i had two mini anxiety attacks...and i don't want anything to get started again.so i made this appointment...so, can i go for help transitioning back into school and society and also to help me with coping with stressful situations so the attacks will not occur again?

I'm getting a masters in forensic mental health counseling right now. It's a total of 60 credits. After I graduate, I'll be able to take the exam and be certified to practice in the state of New York, after the requisite 3,000 hours of supervised experience. At my current job secretary , I'm making about 40 k. Is this about the same amount as MHC make? I'll most likely wind up working in either a hospital or a prison. I'd like to know just to plan for the future. Thanks

I've been seeing mine for 4 years, loved her at first, saw progress and that stopped in June 07. I no longer look forward to our appointments, and do not feel like sharing my problems with her any longer. Im a big believer in cognitive behavioral therapy and don't feel like im getting any. I cant find much on switching therapists on the web, so links are helpful too Plus, what is the proper ettiquette for making a change? Thank you.
