Ask a therapist about the mental healthcare system?
I'm goinfg to be interviewing a therapis about depression suicide treatment and the mental healthcare system. I'm trying to come up with some good questions. What does the public want to know?
I need mental healthcare but can't afford it. What are my options?
I'm 21 years old and I need help with anxiety issues.I am unable to get a full time job where I live, so I can't get insurance through my employer, and the money I make from part time is barely enough to make any savings.Anyone got any idea how I might be able to afford mental healthcare? I searched and it seems I'm not eligible for medicare. Do I have any other options? Kinda off topic, I look into alternative medicine to see what I can do yoga and eat right. I don't want to take prescription pills. I need behavioral help
Can you still get your concealed weapons permit if you've receive mental healthcare?
If I go to a psychiatrist, will I be unable to get my concealed weapons permit? Also, is theraphy different than seeing a doctor? Thanks, Jessica That makes sense
Will you get better mental healthcare at a large facility or a individual therapist?
I've been going to a therapist for 5 years for bipolar peronality disorder anxiety disorder and nothing is helping me. Its a low income, large place where there are alot of drs crammed into a small building. they seem like they dont care. should i try another place like that, where theres lots of doctors, and its low income. OR, would i get better care with a individual doctor, like where they have a office of their own. maybe then they would have more time to give me the proper care i need? I need help and its not working out. I do have medicaid and medicare now, so money isnt a problem. i just need to know where to get real help for my issues. im in Saint Joseph Missouri .
How the human resources assistance plan and aids you have been working on for mental healthcare technicans fit
Does neurosurgeon qualify as mental healthcare professional?
can a neurosurgeon make a valid claim that what's going on is psychological since she cannot find anything physically wrong. this is based on a brief visit, basic physical testing, some medical records which were either incomplete or inaccurate. i think basically do they have the authority of a licensed mental healthcare professional would? not to mention she is working for the opposition so there is definite bias.
